Here at Gormley Agri Country Store we try and ensure that all details contained within the webshop are accurate. However, images shown are for the purpose of illustration only and will only give a general approximation of the goods i.e. packaging may vary.
We aim to ensure all items that are listed on our webshop are in supply, and that you receive what you order. If for any reason an item is out of stock or on back order this will be visible on our website, or we will notify you when we expect to be able to deliver your order. You have the right to cancel your order if you do not want to wait for the late delivery, and you will receive a full refund.

We provide high quality products at the best possible prices for our customers and continually liaise with our suppliers on reducing costs so we can pass these savings onto our customers.
If you have an enquiry please email it to info@gormleyagri.com and we aim to reply within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have not received a reply within the allocated time period please check your junk email or re-send the message again.
Orders and Payments
Gormley Agri Country Store have the right to decline all or part of an order, without giving any reason. However we aim to provide reasoning is applicable.
Online: Online orders are placed through our website by following the outlined staged process. Payment is taken at the time of the order through Paypal (our Secure Payment Provider). Payments are accepted via an online Paypal account as well as checking out as a guest using one of the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Maestro debit or Credit Card.
Once an online order has been placed and paid for you will receive a confirmation via email stating your purchase and that your card has been debited. An order number will also be supplied which will provide confirmation when corresponding with us.
Telephone: You may wish to alternatively place your order via telephone, the shop number is +44 (0) 28 8776 1896. Our opening times are Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 8.30am to 3.00pm. A payment will be taken by credit or debit card.
Liability
Gormely Agri Country Store accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold on this site. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the UK and most particularly that of NI.
